MADRID VIRTUAL TEFL IN-DEPTH

The course runs over 6 weeks, and includes all of the inputs and hands on practice that our TEFL has always offered. There will even be extra inputs to help you perfect your online teaching abilities, which are now more than ever going to be invaluable to you as a TEFL teacher.  The start date is Monday 29th June.

Please note, this is NOT an online TEFL!  Each and every class is delivered in our virtual classroom with one of our fantastic trainers in real time.   You plan one-2-one with the same trainers and you will also deliver your teaching practices in our virtual classroom.  It will be like sitting in the classroom with them, only you can do it in your PJs with no judgment from us!

Once we have freedom on travel again, you can come to Madrid, meet the trainers in person, get further experience of teaching face to face and become part of our extensive social and job support community. Those who need a visa can continue with the visa program as and when they decide they want to come.

Format of our Virtual TEFL Course:

The course will run over 6 weeks, rather than 4, and includes all of the content and hands-on practice classes that our much-loved, accredited TEFL course has always offered. There will even be extra training sessions included for free for teaching English online, which will be invaluable to you now more than ever.

IMPORTANT: This is NOT AN ONLINE TEFL… each and every class will be in our virtual classroom and led by our fantastic trainers in real time from Madrid.  You will also complete 3 out of your 6 teaching practices in the virtual classroom. The final 3 can be taken can be taken on-site once you get to Madrid to ensure you have experience of face-to-face teaching as well.

The timetable for this course is 3pm – 7pm Madrid (CET) time.

Our Accrediting Partners

We have worked with our accrediting body (IATQuO) and our partner University  to ensure they are happy with the quality of our Virtual TEFL and they have approved the course with flying colours.

Madrid is a relatively cheap place to live and English teachers can earn decent salaries, while working just 25-30 hours per week.

Living expenses, rent and bills, are around €700-€900 per month and salaries (after tax) can range from €1,250 to €1,500 per month, meaning that you can travel, eat out and maybe even save comfortably.

Spanish food is relatively inexpensive and although Madrid is brimming with traditional restaurants, you’ll find that international restaurants and ingredients are easily accessible.

The next start date is 29th June 2020

For the Virtual TEFL Course only, the fee is €1150 EUR

*You can join the one year visa program following the Virtual TEFL course before. Meaning if travel restrictions continue, you will not be affected. Ask us about this for more info!*
